Damn this car does the same thing as my old A4 ... brake dust on rear wheels only.
Unfortunately brake dust has always been a problem with german cars. It's just one of those things you deal with. I was my car weekly, so it's not a big deal. If I can't wash it for two weeks, I just clean the rims and call it good (takes about 5 minutes).
My BMW has dust even, although front brakes are noticable bigger.

Seems that its not quite so bad during the second tank of gas.
It's just freaky that all the brake dust is from the rears. It means, a) ESP is using the rear brakes like an LSD in the background without flashing the TC light on the dash or b) ... and this is what I suspect the most ... MB made the front pad material harder so that it didn't dust as much but neglected to do the same with the rears or c) the brake bias is set heavily to the rear and the rear brakes are doing a disproportionate amount of the braking.
if you don't clay them right off within a week, you will never get them off
when the brake dust bakes right in from the heat.
www.autogeek.net look for wheelwax put 2 coats every 2weeks that should help alot!!
Might I recommend P21S spray wheel cleaner? I buy it by the five-liter refill jug which lasts me about 10-11 months.
