I feel the onset of addiction...

This is the story:

I found this forum while researching for a car to buy. After I decided on the 2008 C-class, I began visiting this forum every single day. Then after I put down the deposit on the new car, I started checking for new posts several times a day. Now I check multiple times in the morning before work and when I come home, the first thing I do when I turn on my computer is to check this forum.

It has come to a point at which I am upset when there are no new posts, and I even get angry at other members for not providing me with new material to read. Then I re-read some of my favorites.

I sense danger. Anyone else like me?

p.s. Maybe I'm just an information-hoarder with an obsession with cars in general. Or, it could also very well be that I am just a loser who needs to go out and get a life (away from the Internet).

Naw...you aren't the only one. It's a solid forum with decent activity...the mods are fair and the discussion for the most part is constructive and informative.

Haha!! If you think that's bad, narky, wait until you're checking out more than one forum several times a day. I'm still fighting this obsession... is there a FA (forums anonymous) around to help?

ITs quite normal (Mad props to you on the manual transmission option!) Happy shifting and enjoy the car!

No, I don't have an addiction. Just because I use my 60" LG plasma screen as my computer monitor doesn't mean I'm addicted? Does it?

LOL

I have picture-in-picture. Two addictions satisfied at the same time.

2 feet away!?! I hug my screen every now and then.

Are you familiar with the term "Post *****"? Its a horrible affliction that affects millions every year. I am living with this disease for years now. I've tried quitting cold turkey, but no deal! I've learned to live with being a post *****. Although I have a mild form of the disease compared to some of the ****** in the OT forum. Now those guys are bad. You know who I'm talking about *cough* Pete *cough* Ricky *cough* Vinh *cough* etc, etc,

You're not along Narky. I am on three forums regularly.
Although I don't use a 60" LG...

But only 18 posts from you??
