The waiting is hard... but stuff like this makes it worse!!
So back in September I ordered my car.... White C3504M with Pano.... looks awesome with the white and black roof. Like many of us, was told I'd have to wait.........maybe arrival in december or early January. That date passed and finally in mid January I was told a build date in mid February... delivery mid March. Woo hoo not much longer!! .... So I've been getting my fill of pictures from the forum as time went by. 
Now two weeks later, this is the new view from my office window. Someone accross the street has a nice new C-class exactly like what I ordered..... and I can only stare at it all day long.
Any of you do this??
Oh well, soon enough there'll be two!

You ordered Sept. and it's not in yet, that's 
I ordered mine 11/27, the build date was 12/12 delivered to dealer 1/3 and to me on 1/9. I know mine was unusually quick but it shouldn't take longer than 13 weeks.

You ordered a non 4matic car, so they have a chance to pull from two plants to get your car, it was probably already in inventory somewhere and they just put your name on it. He has a couple things working against him, the 4matic cars are produced only in one plant, the pano roof seems to be back ordered, and they probably don't produce as many 350w4's with them not being shipped to the states and all. Although I'll admit this does seem to be a very long wait from when he placed the order, makes me wonder if his dealership didn't give his order spot to someone else, or the dealer didn't have enough order spots to begin with and lead him on.

My salesman said If I had ordered 7 days earlier I would've had a delivery date before the new year. It's not that big of a deal to me. I prefer to get the new car towards the end of winter, instead of having it exposed to the harsher mid-winter conditions.

I live in Vancouver BC. Order my C350 4matic also in September. The dealership called me yesterday that my car is already build and is currently waiting on shippment. He told me I would get it in early march. haha CAN'T Wait any longer. Must stop the sleepless night!!!!
