Sync phone book to NON MM/Nav it works!
I searched and did not find anything so I apologize if this topic was already covered.
I figured out it is possible to sync your contacts/phone book via bluetooth and I don't have the MM/NAV. I'm not sure this will work with all phones and providers but it did for me. I have a Verizon Venus and it appears Verizon supports object push and phonebook access from this particular phone. You can check your supported profiles by going to settings and tools on your phone under bluetooth options. Here is what you do..
1. Make sure phone and car are already paired and connected.
2. Push Tel button and use control knob to select Tel on far left.
3. Push Receive V card and screen should now say Receiving 0/1
4. From your phone select bluetooth menu (MB Bluetooth) on mine and then options.
5. Select Send name card and it should take you to your address book where you can now select 1 or more contacts from your phone to send to the car.
Quick and easy and now I have my names of contact stored in phone list in the car. It is also easy to delete a contact if you want. It also stores multiple numbers depending if you have more than 1 number per contact.
I hope this helps some without MM/NAV. I have been lurking for awhile now and there is some good stuff on the board. I just picked up my white C350 with 18" amg wheels, panorama, P2 last week and love it so far.

To late for me (entered them all manually) but thanks anyway. Anyone know if there is a way to have the car connect to two different phones at the same time? I have a personal as well as a company phone. Since I use both (on call 24/7) it was a debate over which to use. I did pair up both phones but whichever one it connects to first is the only one that works.

But you can always forward one phone to the other instead of carrying 2 phones around.
Just a thought.

Does anyone know how to send the vcards using Windows Mobile?? You can't do it via BT on the contacts page, and when I click on the MB MERC under the bluetooth settings there are no options to change.

It all has to do with the way the phone card was transfered. I have my friend listed as first name, last name, and his wife as last name, first name (on my phone) -- the two are listed the same way on the phone list in the car.
