thread about Mercedes-Benz corporate contact info

Hello all,

I'm having some issues with my car and the dealership. They continue to tell me some things that I have a hard time believing, and in general their customer service and treatment of me is simply terrible.

I remember that there was a member who had much problems with his new 2008 C-class, and was able to force his dealership into buying back the car by contacting MBUSA corporate offices. Though I seek no such extreme measures (I love my car!), I do have some questions I'd like answered by them.

The said member had a long list of all the email addresses of officers on various levels. I've searched and searched (really) but couldn't find that thread. Can anyone help me find the thread please?

Much thanks in advance!

In the past I've used 1-800-FOR-MERCEDES (1-800-367-6372) and they have been very helpful and can transfer you to any department that you need. Or there is a list of email addresses at: http://www.mbusa.com/contact-us/email-us.do

The snail mail address is:

Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC
Customer Assistance Center
3 Mercedes Drive
Montvale, N.J. 07645

I'd suggest calling them first, seems like you get a faster response and its nice to talk to someone that way you at least feel like you got the ball rolling. I recall the thread you were talking about, that poster gave some names along with the addresses but this is the best I could do for ya, hope it helps.

Thanks very much to all who have responded. Again, I appreciate the help.

I'd prefer not to identify the dealership, other than to say that it is located in the San Francisco Bay Area, on the east side of the Bay Bridge. I don't want to wrongly defame or tarnish the reputation of the dealership in the case, however unlikely, that I am in the wrong.

I can, however, vouch for R.A.B. Motors over in San Rafael. They are awesome. I really need to find out the name of the fleet manager there that I worked with while searching for my car. He was amazingly helpful, even after it was decided that I wouldn't be purchasing a car from him; he couldn't match the price that my current dealership offered me. His service would surely be categorized as "unparalleled." In retrospect, I truly regret going with my dealership despite my instincts just to save a thousand dollars or so.

I'll fully reveal the dealership and the names of all personnel involved, in sales and in service, once this issue has been resolved.

Again, thanks all!

You don't want to name the dealership that bent you over and screwed you multiple times with their lame excuses and lieing? wow.

For all I know, MBUSA really may have done all the things that the dealership claims, and for all I know, the dealership truly acted in accordance with all the necessary rules and regulations as directed by the corporate higher-ups. Other than treating me like a dirtbag kid (I do admit that I look younger than my age), they may have done nothing wrong. Who knows?

I know, it's very unlikely, but as I said, I'll talk enough smack to fill many forums if and when everything is verified. I just wanna be fair.

I bought my C350 from RAB motors from Barry Flores (internet manager). Great service. Highly recommend going to him.
