Hi:
Just want to ask. I have the alarm system as an option in my c200k. When I activiate it, the signal lights blink. But how can I enable the "beep beep" sounds?
Thanks in advance.
P.S. My alarm is an factory option and not from the dealer.

Yep - the red gauge colour is for any 'serious' error messages. I've had it for driving off with a door slightly open.

I thought we talked about this? Did you try opening your window then closing and activiating the lock alarm, then reaching in with you hand to unlock the door and open it with the alarm set? If you have one the alarm will go off and we can settle this question....

i dont know man , i think my local MB factory did not put alarm system ....,some folks from other forum said there are two situations : no alarm system or alarm system has been unactivated by region requirements ( i dont know why )
to solve second situation , they suggested me asking local MB techical guy to input Nertherland or Norway alarm system codes , then here you go ..beep beep .@@..i will call them soon ..

You can choise between mph or kmph.... I'm in The Netherlands so my normal speedo meter is in KM/H, if i go to the UK/US i can set the digital second speedo in MPH.... Dont know if this is an option in the UK, on my previous car (A200 Turbo) i also had the choice, but i know that people in the UK didn't have a choice.

i checked it out settings/cluster/(hit the down arrow) additional speedometer.
when you dont have it you display where you can see you miles and mileage below that will be blank. if you enable it you will ahve a digital speedometer.

I think for the Australian version, if we select to display the additional speedometer, it will replace the display of the outside temperature.
