help me change my fogs!

ok...
1) torx 15 to get the fog grills off
2) 2 clips holding the electrical plug to the back of the foglight housing
3) ????????????????????????????

it looks like the greyish/whitish piece twists out of the black fog housing that is screwed from the back into the bumper, but i can't twist it for the life of me. my girlfriend with tiny hands couldnt do it either. what the f*** am i doing wrong here.

Take off 3 torx 20 screws from each grill

Take off the bulbs from the lamp remove the harness

get a flat head screw driver pry out the h7 bulbs

put the new bulb in

put the harness back on

put the bulb back on the lamp

and put your grill back one done

twist it to your right to take it off it will take more effort since it will be your first time to take them off

dude i just lost round 2 with this thing. i can't twist that piece at all i mean it will not budge. i'm not a weak guy either i just cant get a good angle on it because theres very little wiggle room in there.

there arent some clips somewhere i'm overlooking or something? did you twist from the protruding socket where the plug connects - cause i feel like if i twist that any harder its going to break off in my hand and then im really gonna have some problems.

lol that's what I thought at first. twist with your whole hand on the whole base of the plug hope that helps

Make sure you twist the white part holding the bulb. Dont twist or turn anything black colored. It twisted very easily for me. Hope this helps.

it was a quick twist for me as well, maybe try wearing machinics gloves or something to get a better grip.
