Putting them back in is tricky, too. You just gotta play with it a bit.
without screws.. about 20 minutes.
With screws... about 35 minutes.
I can say I can do mine in about 5 minutes, i dont have the screws

see my attached pictures on the above posting. once you put your hands in the bumper. you can feel around the housing. the screw is right next to the TAP, if there is one.

it's the 1st time that's tricky. Now i am probably do it in 4 minutes and 59 seconds if the lense doesn't have screws!!!!!

I finally read the other posting on this one and saw what you posted here. I will be happy if I can get this done in 45 mins. I have a 350 so from what I read, I know I am going to have the screw. Maybe I should pre-remove the screw first. until my lenses arrive

I installed my side marker this weekend. I guess I was lucky in that I did not have any screw on my marker. Took about 30 mins but got a bunch of scratches on my hand from the stiff wheel well plastic. Now on to other mods

How expensive?

When you say "expensive ones on Ebay", do you mean the $40 ones? If not, would you give me more information if possible (ie. manufacturer, seller, $$ amount)? Thanks.

I have the c350 and i didnt have to use a screwdriver for my clears...

they also fit snugly jusyt like OEM... without screws...make sure you get the more expensive ones on ebay... the cheaper ones didnt fit right for me and i had to return them...

i picked my c350 up in october 2007, maybe the newer builds have screws....
