Couple questions regarding C-Class functions

Couple questions regarding C-Class functions
First off, I got my VIM installed from MidCity and it works great. I will post some pics/videos later on.
Now, there are a few things that I cannot figure out that I think are features of the C300:
1. How do you use the headlight cleaner? I know there is a way to squirt some washer fluid on them, but I can't figure it out and the manual is no help.
2. Is there a way to have the mirrors tilt downward when in reverse?
3. Is there any way to make the voice for the navigation louder? It remains at a low volume and whem music is playing it is hard to hear her. The music does not stop for the voice and its very frustrating..
4. Anybody know if you can watch videos from an iPod video via the AUX when you get the VIM? The AUX is not accessible in my car.
Any insight on anything above is appreciated. Thanks guys

2. The tilt mirror is an option MB has removed in the W204 (cost cutting?)
3. You can make it louder by increasing the volume WHILE the nav voice is talking, same goes for the prompts ( i dunno if this is documented but i found it out by accident) -/+ keys or the knobs to increase volume during the nav speech, but u have to do this quickly as when the voice stops, u'll just increase the volume of the audio
4. Can't help you don't got VIM
