guys & white cars are a no no?
I have heard comments from a few different people that guys arent "supposed" to drive white cars. I have a white c350, just wondering if anyone has heard this before? Im in s. Cali if that matters... not that I care too much, just curioius if this is a well known thing & why?

Yeah, I have never heard that myself.
I think white cars look gorgeous, especially brand new. I just always worry about the look when they have those scratches and black shows through.
I never even thought of a white car being a girl car. Not at all, so I wouldn't worry about it.

I guess those white Porsche GT3 RSRs you see in the ALMS are really fruity.
I have lived in Irvine and San Diego and have never heard of this. Hell, I wanted a white car.

they are probably saying that because they're jealous of your car.
In California, white is a very popular color for Mercedes.
Personally I think Metallic silver and Deep Red are more fem, unless they are a Porsche or AMG Mercedes.

i have never heard that before. I heard that old people drive white cars before from a few people.
that said i used to have a white g35 coupe.... and it looked awesome, at night.
i 'm hoping to get a w204 next year and arctic white is my first choice color wise . just seeing some of the white C classes on here.. they look fantastic.

one white and one black is the best.
BUT...I do have to say that a lot of my friends (girls) are driving white or light colored cars. including my sister's white 208 CLK. also saw a cute chick driving a white 209 CLK at the dealership the other day.

white cars are sporty, nothing beats a clean black car though... but keeping it clean is the challenge. lots of my friends have white cars, it's easier to maintain, hides swirls more, doesnt look dirty all the time cuz it doesnt show water spots.

Those idiot who make this rule are really annoying. BTW do you know that WHITE is really JDM color and LOVE by many JAPANESSE. As for me... I already envy your W204 for having the white... If only Indonesian dealer have those White in stock then I'm already all over it. But 6 months waiting for white is just too much so I have just have to satisfied with my Obsidian Black.

I think the W204 looks best in white. Red is my second choice and black is third. Black is great for the first two minutes after the car is detailed.

wtf. that doesnt make any sense. i've never heard that in my life. i've always driven white cars and i know tons of guys driving white cars. i dont get the logic in that at all

that's nonsense. If it's a white civic coupe I understand but in general I think white, including silver, is the best color. I used to have a black car. Can't beat it if it's well maintained but it's annoying to see dust even after couple of hrs after a carwash.
