Product to protect scuff marks
Ive been very paranoid about people getting into and out of my car. In my other cars, the inside of the doors havve scuff marks from the shoes scratching against them.
is there a product (or a way to get rid of) those scuff marks?

2011 BMW 335xi titanium silver.
The side of the doors are fabric, so a cleaner should work. However, people kick the plastic part and I don't think that there is anything you can do other than replacing them in the future. Any clear plastic covering might look cheesy.
I am the same way, but some things can't be helped. Too bad our passengers can't wear the surgical booties over their shoes.

I think the side of the doors are plastic, or whatever the"dashboard" material is called. Any interior cleaner should work. You want strong stuff? Wurth Cockpit Cleaner. So strong, you'll need a protective mask when you spray it on!

Some people manage to kick just about everything in sight when they get in or out - my wife included! What bugs me most though are people who kick the rocker panels, to knock snow off their shoes - "don't want to spoil the carpets"

well there are none in my C class right now. but on my RX, there sides of the doors (where the compartment hole is), around that area, peoples shoes slide against them when they get in and out. they are actual white lines on the black interior. kinda like a giant eraser mark.
well anyways, water does nothing to remove them. its actually scratched dinto the plastic/vinyl. i just dont want that to happen to the C
