Want to buy AMG 18" 5-twin-spoke

Hello all.

I got a 2008 c230 with AMG sport package. I have the 17inch 6-twin-spoke amg wheels and I want to upgrade them to the 18inch 5-twin-spoke.

If anyone have them, please replay. I'm seriously willing to buy.

For more clarity, these are the wheels I'm looking for:

Waiting for your replay.

I'he seen them sell on ebay for $1600 + $200 shipping. Thats taken off a new car with new tires and the TPMS. Check ebay often.

I dont think there are any right now, but they tend to appear quite often. Just be patient. The usually sell for $2000 +/- $200.

I saw some replicas that looked pretty cool. It says like $250, is that just for one rim? Also, that doesn't include a tire then right? How much would it cost to get 4 replica rims and 4 tires?

Here is the link someone else had posted before:
http://www.bekkers.com/Merchant2/mer...ry_Code=amgrep

It says 18x8.5 and 18x9.5. What's the difference? Sorry for all the questions, but I also have 4Matic, can I not buy certain rims?

I don't know much about these things. I hope the experts here will replay you.

As for me, I don't trust replica products. I always buy original.

I got a question,

I originally have 17inch wheels as I mentioned earlier, so to fit the 18inch wheels, do i need any additional things? like spancers..

No spacers needed! It's a direct fit.

I agree about replicas sometimes being fishy. Although at the same time AMG wheels aren't all that special (especially for the price). There's a lot of reputable companies that make 5x twin spoke designs, check tirerack or 1010tires.

I think the OEM wheels weigh about 25lbs

I looked at a set of 19" AMG Replicas at 34lbs for the rear and 31lbs for the front. They were gravity cast which explains the weight. Are the AMG wheels cast aluminum?
