Import some of the decent optional seats from Europe.

Seats are about the only good thing on the 08 Jetta.

Not so true. We have both, 08 Jetta and W204. the Jettas interior feels more solid, less random creaking sounds, better steering, faster engine(2.0t) . But obviously its noisier and not as smooth driving as the C. It's a great car, especially when you factor in the $16k difference between the two.

Wait until the Jetta ages a bit & you will see what I mean. It's a troublesome vehicle. Has earned a bad reputation here for a lack of reliability & very high faults per 100 vehicles sold. W204 tied in top spot with Honda Jazz & Lexus IS for least faults per 100 in JD Powers survey.

If you have the same sports seats i had in my EOS, I have to agree, they are some of the best seats in any car at any price. Almost perfect. The C's one the other hand are mediocre at best.

Probably in the aftermarket. My brother has these blue rubberish looking things that he uses on his wood chairs in his house and they are awesome. I think this is them but I'm not certain.

Linky

They would certainly be ugly in the car so you'd probably want to cover or wrap them in something so they blend somewhat.
