They look similar because you had the same link with the picture of the CF hood under the title CF diffuser. It would help the have more pictures with these products actually installed on a car.

our C63 AMG style hood is made to fit the regular W204.. we have both fitment sizes.. for Regular W204's and the wide body C63

are you guys affiliated with revosport? its funny, all these carbon fiber parts are all retrofitted on the same car! (same wheels, even the window stickers are placed on the exact same location)
