Just pay with paypal or your credit card. If it turns out to be fraud, you're protected. Paypal takes a policy stance of just refund all party money first and sort things out later. Credit card companies are even better if you have fraud protection. They're selling quite a few products though, so probably just a new store opening up shop on ebay.

If you had to choose Bilsteins or KW3s, which would it be?
What are the pros and cons of each, I don't know much about either except they are 2 of the best coilover options....

both are great coilover systems
The KW V3's allows you to adjust the compression and rebound damping along with the obvious height adjustment that coilovers provide.
These unique systems with the 3 individually adjustable components, allows for adjustment of the compression of the damper in the low-speed range, while the highspeed set-up, so decisive for driving comfort, has been preset by our engineer
