are all c classes equipped with satellite radio?
i work as an auto broker and recently sold a client a 2009 c300 sport. the only option it had was the wood and automatic. in the owners manual, it had a card reading "your mercedes is equipped with a 6 months free subscription to satellite radio." my customer called the number, but could not get to the satellite menu from their radio. it is my understanding that satellited radio is part of premium package one. it really sucks they would put that free subscription card with the car if it didn't have it. if the car does not currently have satellite radio, is it something that i can add? if so, how much? even though i never said the car had satellite radio, i feel really bad and want to make this situation right for my customer. any advice will be greatly appreciated.
one last thing. what is the easiest way to load phone numbers to the phone book?
thanks in advance for all of your help.

I'm willing to bet the sat receiver is present b/c the antenna is the same... But, the sat module probably isn't installed in the radio.

Thanks guys, with the exception of WWMIndy, you have all been very kind and helpful. I try to understand the vehicles I help my customers get to the best of my knowledge, hence the reason I am on here. I used to sell BMWs at a dealership so I have a general level of understanding of how cars work, but each car has it's own little quirks and I like to be educated on them before I go over the car with my customer. I make sure to read the manual on each car and experiment with the features before a customer comes to pick up the car. I have successfully shown my customer all of the features and have the bluetooth up and running. I found ways to enter entries into the phone book but was just wondering if there was any easier way than sending them via bluetooth. That's the only reason I asked the question about the phonebook. So, once again, thank you to all of you that answered. It does appear that the satellite radio only comes with premium package one. In an ideal world, the car would have the satellite receiver already installed and I would just have to install the hardware. I never told the customer it had satellite radio, but the card in his owners manaul led him to believe it did. The car was a surprise for his wife and now she is bummed. I'd just like to make the situation right. I have a call into the dealership we went thorough. I'll keep you updated with what I find.

On a car with Comand (MM) one can read phone book entries from the memory card. But the owner should have his/her phone book set on the phone, then one can (usually) select all phone book entries (or a preferred set) and send all at one go to the car.
