Navigation Hack Code?

Is there a code you can use to Hack the Navigation to work in motion? I find it very annoying when there is a passenger in the car and you cannot have them enter destinations. I would think legally all MB would need to do is allow NAV in motion as long as the passenger seat belt is fastened as if a person were sitting there.

Euro cars allow destination entry in motion. I thought it should be allowed in most of the US too. But if it isn't allowed somewhere, are you sure the regulation would allow your suggestion? I'm afraid people would start using that trick even when no real passenger was present.

Maybe a change in the file that governs VIM, would do it? Swap the euro HU file into a US Comand HU?

Voice commands work fine. Actually quicker.
