Got 2009 Cluster Instrument installed

Got 2009 Cluster Instrument installed
My cluster gauge was faulty for weeks now. I brought my car in to get it checked and they updated the firmware and still was faulty. So, they decided to order me a new cluster instrument. No more amber needles

Faulty gauge:



Old gauge: (amber needles)



New gauge: (white needles)

I prefer the amber needles over the white ones..

all white is too plain, plus the speedo is a bit hard too read in white (short, same color as background).

How does your new cluster instrument display the distance to empty info??
Is it like the 08 model w/ only mileage to empty or is it like 09 w/ a little extra bar that also shows current mpg??

I pefer the amber needles too b/c they are easier to spot but like the extra low-bean icon on the 09 style culster...

I don't know. I haven't check that out yet. I will let you know by tomorrow. Too lazy to go to the garage.

they are. thats why my post above said that i guess they have two different parts. the guages arent connected to the hood itself.
