Wow, I have a Ford Lightning Truck. It puts 420 hp and 510 ftlbs of torque to the wheels (more at the crank obviously). It is a lot heavier then my C class and it hauls ***.

500 ftlbs in a C must be very fun!

But it is another think torque like mph and kmh in my country and your country maybe but I dont know my car is 500 trque orginal is 400 torque and diesel motors torque heavy than benziners..

yeah, diesels do make more torque but we may be measuring it differently.
500ftlbs would be 50+ more then the C63 I believe.

Yeah, I figured. I think the diesels make a little over 300 stock.
Like the new BMW 335 diesel, it makes 450 ftlbs.

It must be Nm. The C63 AMG (factory) figure is 600 Nm.

The V6 CDI on a W212 and W221 has 540 Nm from factory, the same as the W221 S550. The S550 has quite a lot more HP.

He can have a maximum of 200-215ps on the engine with 480Nm of torque. And that's a maximum remap, higher will probably break the stock internals. Remember it's been made to cope with 170ps and 400Nm of torque, a lot more could cook the transmission. You could check online if you know which one, I only remember that it's a ZF 5 speed.

@TS: You need to get a dyno plot. I'll be getting one after my remap and then next stop: Nordschleife

Do you have pictures of you exhaust line install? How did you connected the standard exhaust line to the new rigth side muffler?

Brabus announce 220hp and 480Nm, how do you have 230hp and 500Nm?

As far as I know brabus, kleeman and Carlsson are very optimist about their power products. I saw some Brabus and Carlsson cars (diesel) on the dyno and no where near the values announced!!!

I'm going to doing an chip to my w204 c220cdi next week with one of the best guys in Europe chiping Diesel engines, and I hope getting at least 220Hp and 550Nm all stock.
The guy in an bmw 320d 177hp stock put in 240hp and 550Nm!!! No safe modes no nothing, the guy is a pro.

PS: I allready have an CL203 220cdi 143hp stock with 210Hp done with the same guy, but this one isn't stock

wow thats very impressive, how is that even possible 1.9TDI ibiza vs audi R8 and looks like audi doesnt even have a change o.O

I just wonder that how long will the transmission last for that amount of power and torque increase? and I hope it wont be a smoke machine after chiptuning.
