What annoys you the most?
For me:
1. Idiots that are driving their idiotic cars/minivans/SUV's with lights OFF at night.
2. Cretins that are too lazy to move their finger to signal while changing the lane or making a turn.
3. Degenerates that are throwing garbage out the windows.

However here's my ranking by category:
In terms of threat to safety, I think that 2 takes the cake due to lack of predictability. I know that driving w/out your lights on is plain dump, but at least you have the possibility of being on a divided highway, whereas lack of turn signal means lack of recognition which means ACCIDENT.
In terms of being plain stupid, I'll make a recommendation for number 1.
And last but not least, the most ignorant thing listed above is number 3. How hard is it to use the trash can which is probably located within close proximity to where you park your car in the garage??
Any thoughts?

When in Canada people start moving to right empty lanes?
Somebody just prefer to drive on the left, stopping the traffic.
Should we inform somehow such drivers that is better for everyone to allow faster car move?

I was driving the other day on the highway and some idiots throw a white plastic plate out of their window! Speed was about 100-120 km/h and I had my 7 years old kid at the back! Until it hit my car I didn't know that it was a plastic! Scared hell out of me.... And this kind of drivers are getting away with this ****

People driving with NO brake lights. And when you point this out they flip you the finger.
Right on red without stoping first, I wish they would make right on red illegal.
No signal as has been mentioned.
Music so load you can hear it 5 car lentghs away.

Not using turn signals bothers me a lot. I feel like going up to them and ripping out their signal stalk since they don't need it anyway. I guess that might be considered road rage.
No headlamps or brake lights are just plain stupidity. Goes to show that those people have no knowledge of their cars and it's operation.
As for the flying dinner plate, I wonder what they were doing with it in the car.

When people take a HWY on ramp slow insted of reaching HWY speeds and then try to change lines with out speeding up...

throw in the occasional farm tractor too
in general, left lane drivers on the phone when they should clealy move over
people littering- there is a web site in NC that you can goto if you see some one litter and the state will mail them a notice that they were seen littering with details. On what road, what day, and time.

1. people who park in the handicap spots and are clearly not HC
2. People who are weaving about on the highway while talking on the phone
3. people talking on the phone without a headset, when here at least it is the law
4. people who don't use turn signals
5 people who follow me or anyone else for that matter less than 1/2 half a car length at ANY speed.

I was pulled over in Connecticut a year back for speeding at around 2AM. Nothing serious, I was going 80 - 90mph on an open highway. After listening to a 30 minute lecture the guy let me go, got into his car, and floored the pedal of his Crown Victoria hitting atleast 80 +.
Aside from that I can't stand people who play bumper cars while parking. NYC is notorious for careless drivers who'll ram their SUV into the front of your car and just walk away like nothing happened.

SL55 AMG, Jaguar XK120, Lincoln Town Car (car for business in NYC), Jeep Grand Cherokee, Ford F150
Tiny women driving massive SUVs and then being extremely agressive. Hovering right on your *** when your already going 80 in a 65. Plus, sometimes they will even pass me in my sl55 and give me the finger. Just not worth my time or my rubber to put her away.
