use some wax or clay bar to get it off - and what are you talking about in the first place???
i don't get how there could be brake dust on your paint...

Pay no never mind. As Bette Davis would say: "It's the brakes of life, Kid". So, relax and take a break. As for the car break dust, clay is the ticket. Follow kit instructions, rubbing softly over Quick Detailer sprayed surface. Then wipe out with microfiber towel. And glaze-wax, or wax over.

Me too...I used to have brake dust on the sides of the rear bumper. A major PITA to clean off. I'm living the good life now that I had the rear brake pads replaced.
