Sources for LED tails
I've been searching high/low for some LED tails (w/RED signals), but outside of spending major BANK at the stealership, I'm hoping someone here can help guide me to a reliable source?

@ Azn - if you'll notice, I've commented on that thread looking for the LED tails w/red signals, not amber/yellow. I should've been more explicit in my starting thread. Oh, and I did use search - outside of that eBay reference, I'm not seeing any other threads pointing to a legit source for these.

Every LED tail light I've seen haven't been soldered on as one unit. They should be some form of plug in replacement LED bulb. Granted I haven't taken apart the w204 tail light though, but just makes more sense from a design and maintenance point if an LED goes out, dealerships can just swap a replacement LED as I'm not sure how many techs working there are handy with a solder.

What's amazing me is that some of the people who have spent multi- thousands on mods are whining about the cost of a taillight assembly.
Maybe those VISA cards are maxed out.

Actually the tail lights aren't LED, it's just the turn signal that's LED.

Hi, I'm also looking for Led Tails but for my S204. I'm thinking of visiting this Ebay guy this saturday (16/05) as I'm not clear if he has led tails for S204 or only for W204 (both tails are different). If I visit him, I can check and let you know if he has Red/Amber lights.

hang on guys, let me clarify. The TURN signal leds ARE red. I don't know about other places, but in Canada, if you have the LED tail lights,then the turn signals at the back are red. There is no yellow/orange turn signals light here except for the c230. SO i am not wrong at all.

It's kinda like me saying...."EVERYONE drives on the right side of the street", which is true....for people in the US....but without putting that missing clause in there, the statement is obviously not true.

I tried making a new thread but didnt know how to still new on mbworld what do you guys think? I have a 09 sport with out the LED tinted over but I love the way the LED tail lights look... If anyone has any pictures please post.
