Yes, HRE build quality and material is much better. Although I'm starting to believe Klassen might take the crown from HRE in terms of build quality.

^^There's one special I know of....$7k for 20" variety with Toyo T1Rs. A bit less for 19".
I'm considering these...
but maybe in this exact finish....starting to really dig the full satin black with white pinstripe look on white.

TUV certified, which is Europe's vehicle quality standards. They go through rigourous load, impact, strength, and quality testings. Very few wheel manufacturer's pass this certification. Most wheel manufacturers don't even attempt to achieve these TUV standards.
Anywho, just my 2 cents. I know they're pricier than many other wheels out there, but with HRE's, there's no doubt you get your money's worth.

I think HRE makes THE BEST wheels out there, hands down. Not only made from the best quality forged aluminum (6061-t6), but also manufactured to be the strongest, most accurate, precise, and at the same time, they're extremely light. Much lighter than factory wheels. They use factory hardware so the wheel is specifically made for the individual chassis.

I agree HRE is one of the best out there, but there are a few points you made that need to be clarified....
Not ALL of their wheels are 6061-t6. Some still use 5454. Also HRE doesn't forge their own wheels....they outsource it to Aluminum Precision Products. APP is one of the top forging companies in the US though. This might be why I'm tempted to crown Klassens king though....Same 6061-t6 and TUV standards, but everything is done in house.
