No. Liquid Leather > all

What should you buy? (sufficient for 3 or 4 complete treatments)
LL GT12 gentle cleaner 250ml
LL GT11 conditioner 250ml

Artico = MBTex. Don't treat it with leather cleaner as suggested, it won't absorb it. I'm sure MB has some specific products for it.

I was wondering why people were recommending leather products when the OP asked about cleaning Artico.

Wouldn't simple soapy wipe do the trick?

i tried simple methods, I don't know if using leather products will affect this the same way... I have lots of left over products for my audi and other w211, but never had a artico leather before.

zaino isn't necessarily limited to leather. it works on texleather as well... oils and special blends help extend the quality and longevity of the texleather

Get a Vinyl cleaner, brand doesn't really matter you just want something that's neutral and won't leave a greasy surface. I use Pinnacle's vinyl cleaner, and 303 vinyl protectant.

some just like to feel better about themselves cause they have true leather vs. folks with the tex-leather just brush them off

AFAIK MB actually call it Artico leather here in Europe. You have to read the fine print to know that it's not.

i used to detail cars for years - best way to clean mb-tex is with an ammonia-free glass cleaner...

will get rid of all the grime and oil - follow it up with a wipe down of spray quick wax to give it all a nice streak-free look and make everything feel brand new!

hope this helps - but trust, it's the way to go...don't put all that oily slime stuff on your interior

its all good - leather does smell and feel better than mb tex...

but at the end of the day, mb tex will stand up to wear and creasing like leather never will be able to.

and for those of us with tex, we still get a leather wrapped steering wheel and shift knob!
