bright interior LEDs installed!
I replaced my stock interior bulbs with Polarg and was very satisfied with the color, but thought it should be brighter, especially with the trunk as there is only one light inside and it didn't light up the entire trunk interior well.
I tried using LED bulbs, but there were issues with flickering and sometimes it didn't go on on a consistant basis.
So, I bought some 30-LED bulb panels and resistors played around with them. The price was extremely reasonable and much brighter than the group buy dual LED with the built in resistor.
The panel of LEDs in the bulb fits inside the clear lens of the glove box and trunk lights nicely. The bulbs come with bulb socket adapters which includes a wedge bulb base (for the trunk and the glove box), and a festoon bulb base (for the rear seat dome light).
I tested the LEDs on all locations and only the trunk light needed the resistor. The quick connectors made installing the resistor very quick and easy.
Glove box:
Trunk light:
Rear domelight:
The lights are not as glaring as it shows in the photos -- it's hard to get a good shot. I am very happy with the color and brightness. I originally planned on installing an additional LED light further back in the trunk, but the new LED bulbs is sufficient enough to light the entire trunk interior.

This seller on eBay is also a great source for LED bulbs:

Looks good but the only one I might do is the trunk, to me the rest are fine with Polargs. Might do a secondary trunk light in LEDs like anouther forum member did. Myinternetsucks I love the new avatar.
