CRYSTAL VISION ULTRA 4000K Fog Light Bulbs Installed! (PICS)
Finally added the 4000K Philips Crystal Vision Ultra bulbs ($20 shipped Ebay) to my fogs to go with my Polarg Eyelids and Polarg Sidemarker Bulbs, along with the OEM Bi-Xenons'
The Lowbeams, sidemarkers and eyelids all match perfect, the fogs are slightly more yellowish, but barely and you cant even tell unless you really look hard...
I am satisfied though and all my lighting upgrades along with the interior are finally complete!

ya my f'in normal cam has been dead for weeks so all i got is an iphone to work with and no flash in the mean time... you are right tho, pretty terrible using such bad quality images... at least people can get the gist tho..

To unlock the foglight, i believe it is the clockwise to unlock it. You can really see which way it is when you look behind the foglight and notice which way to turn. O and RB, I have tried both original CV 4300k and the CV Ultra 4000k. If you are one of those guys who are very **** about color matching like I am, the CV 4300k are the best match for oem xenon. ViC can vouch for that.

did you get yours from IP mart too???
the 4000K ultras in my pics above look great, but u are right, i would prefer the exact match like my polargs provide! DoH!
But Royce, you are right! the 4000Ks ULTRAS are Crazy bright!!! I noticed immediately how much brighter they were than stock!
I hope the 4300K non ultras are this bright when they come... i will put one in to compare and take pics to have the final show down to see which is better all around, the 4000K ULTRAS or the 4300K NON-ULTRAS ...
frickin have to wait 21-30 days for it to ship from chinas ip mart though via regular certified mail...

I think they are just as equivalent as far as brightness, with CV ultra is white but also has a yellow in it. the CV4300k, is just the perfect match. I tried both so I had experience both, I am sure for the majority of the ground the CV Ultra is good and match enough.

YOu will love how the CV 4300k will look RB, it will be worth it. I know I did. Rb, if you order from ebay, it only 5-12 days.

i am SUPER **** too... and after looking at them again right now, you are right!!!! I just ordered the frickin 4300K normal crystalvision (not ultra) fromn ipmart.com (china vendor that vic used)...

RB, the ebayer name is adsen-racing, just looking under philips crystal vision, it like 60 including shipping. Royce I will post pic for you tomorrow or so with the CV, in that case you wont have to wait three weeks

ill just wait the extra time, might as well enjoy the 4000Ks a little more before the 4300Ks come

and there is a little bit of space for you to turn it clockwise...
i have no idea how people got it off by just reaching around with their hands and turning it... it's soo damn hard... had to give up last night... i think i have to go in from underneath to get some more leverage.
did most of you just remove the holder with you hands?

yea i can see that if you turn it counter-clockwise it SHOULD be released...
and there is a little bit of space for you to turn it clockwise...
i have no idea how people got it off by just reaching around with their hands and turning it... it's soo damn hard... had to give up last night... i think i have to go in from underneath to get some more leverage.

I removed it simply by hand by removing the foglight mesh grille, If it is the first time it will be tight but it wont break, the harness is very well build. Again looking toward the foglight twistin it clockwise should loosen it up.
