Mercedes Alphard Wheels

Thinking about biting the bullet on these Alphard wheels, directly from Mercedes. Here's a picture of some...

http://data.motor-talk.de/data/galle...eels-57189.jpg

For those that don't know...the Alphards were originally made for the previous generation SL. A lot of Volkswagen/Audi guys and gals started buying them to slap on their Golfs and Jettas.

Sizes are 18 x 8.5 and 18 x 9.5
Offset +35 front...+40 rear

I know the offsets are low, but I'm probably going to roll/pull my fenders to make it work if need be.

Let me know what you guys think, or if you've had any prior experience with Alphards on the W204.

I dont think they would look good on a sedan. The 20" BBS LMs Im selling would look awesome, but I am not sure you are willing to spend the money.

Good luck!

I'm not digging it either.
A bit too swoopy looking and old school for our cars.

Ummmmmmmmmmmm....Reed please, don't buy them...

if you are going to invest the money and you like them, do it.. but if you ask for our opinion... it just isn't up to par.. honestly..

They look weird..

All in your best interest!

Seriously, pass on those.. especially if your thinking about rolling your fenders just to get the offsets right. If you really like the style, consider aftermarkets with a similiar style and find the correct size.

Problem with the design is, one side will be sweeping backwards.

Definitely! They will look odd. Just my opinion but you can find better.
