External change AMG (with DRL)

Hello. I write from Zaragoza (Spain) in order to request your help. I have a C with the new AMG preparation DRL (modifications made thereafter by me).
Modifications made: AMG front bumper, rear bumper diffuser AMG more than double output, side sills, wheels 17 "multirradio, new DRL.

Before the change

After

[RIMG] http://i49.tinypic.com/fn9tvp.jpg [/ RIMG]

[RIMG] http://i47.tinypic.com/2mws8wk.jpg [/ RIMG]

I have problems with the LEDs, if I could turn back I would not buy them. The original parts which sells Mercedes (internal media) doesn't fit well, but the real problem is when the LEDs are connected. Now I've connected them by a cable directly to the focus position, and when I turn on my car THEY BEGIN TO BLINK AND TO LOWER THEIR INTENSITY! What can be the cause??? How would you make the installation of the LEDs?
I need urgent help!

Thank you.</SPAN></SPAN>

Do they blink constantly or eventually settle down to full intensity?
I do like the looks, where did you buy them? Part numbers and price please.

I guess an installer should be able to solve your issues easily?

The lights look great though...

The flashes happen especially at the beginning (when I turn on my car and during 5 secs aprox.), after the LEDs low their intensity and the flicker occurs occasionally (but they are rare).

The pieces are original Mercedes Benz. Cost: 450 euros (15 dto)

Necessary components for the modification:

(Support of property) of the Internal Support
A2048852814
A2048852914

(Grille) Grid

(Outer seat) External adjustment
A2048852774
A2048852874

(Lamp unit) Lamp unit
A2218201756

Is there a day and night intensity change? Is there supposed to be something that turns them off or dims them when the lights are on?

I saw a new Audi today with the LED lights and they were off and the headlights were on. And in the daytime the Audi LEDs I have seen are very bright, too bright for night use.

And by installing LEDs, your fog lights are gone, then?

RLE good question.. I'm wondering what will happen to our fogs after we switched them with these LEDs. I know the facelift version has it integrated into the headlamp assembly but what about us? Hmmmm

Did you connect it to fog light cables directly?

Many problems with this car:

1) the problem with this car is that it does not have intelligent lighting with bixenons, just simple xenons so he should upgrade to bixenons before upgrading to DRL LEDs.

2) Foglights have different current than drl leds, so this causes the car to recognise an error to the DRLs, this is why they blink, or they dim.

3) you need new lighting facelifted switch which has extra section for drls

4) you need new wiring harness installed from lighting switch all the way to the fusebox and all the way up to the headlights and folights

Alternative just buy amg foglights and all problems sorted. No other way possible. Dont ruin your mercedes by chopping cables.

I hope this helps.

In your case you still need

lighting facelifted switch + lighting facelifted wiring harness plus some coding to enable DRL LEDS. Plus of course the parts mentioned above:

(Support of property) of the Internal Support
A2048852814
A2048852914

(Grille) Grid
A2048850053
A2048850753

(Outer seat) External adjustment
A2048852774
A2048852874

(Lamp unit) Lamp unit
A2218201756
A2218201856
