ET 35 offset is for W203 - too aggressive for W204. You need to be in the mid 40's.
See offset calculators at 1010 Tires

Short answer, no.
Long answer, yes with a but.
You can make it work, but you run the chance of rubbing tires on your fender. If you roll/pull the fender then yes, +35 offsets are fine. I've got +43 offset and I can easily tell that I could have gone less and still been ok (just as long as I drove very carefully ).

Extenze also claims to make your member larger...but guess what?
People will make any kind of claims to get you to buy from them. I bought tires at a shop in New Orleans and the guy told me I was an idiot for buying Falkens and should have purchased the Michelins...which were conveniently priced about $50 higher than my Falkens.
Listen to people who live/breathe these cars and have experience with them, I've learned that for the most part the guys/gals on this forum won't steer you wrong and most know what they're talking about.
Oh and for future reference, anything AZN_300 says is always valid...I use his posts as my bible when looking at stuff for my W204.
Best of luck.

I don't know anything about this seller but those are just a few questions i would ask before purchasing anything sight unseen.

I guess it depends on how "aggressive" you want to look. Yes, is +35mm off from the stock +47mm Fr/+58mm rear values? Definitely. BUT, +12mm pushed out in the front equals ~.5" so it's not the end of the world, rather it's slightly more aggressive. Now +23mm for the rears means you're going out close to 1", but the rear tires seem to be tucked in more vs the front due to the shape of the rear fenders.
As for rubbing, unless you're lowering the car and going with much wider tires then the optimum sizes of 225 Fr/255 Rr (assuming 18"), I don't think you'll have a problem.
I am in the same boat as you in terms of deciding which wheels/offsets and thought I had it all squared away, but since many here are preaching "Stick w/ stock offsets or you're asking for trouble!", I'm second guessing.
For reference, a sponsor here, Power Wheels Pro, offers almost every MB rep wheel in +35mm. I don't think they'd do that if there were rampant rubbing issues. Here's one pic I found on their website that shows a W204. The wheel is only offered in +35mm, so I'm assuming that's what's on the car.

BTW, I have zero affiliation with them. Just jumping into this fire regarding offsets. On my old Passat, stock 15" wheels were +45mm. I upgraded to 17" w/ +35mm and had no problems and the car/wheels looked great IMO, hence the "second guessing" I'm having now considering all the statements above.
Only true way is to see for myself somehow or let you be the guinea pig.
Is there no one else here who has purchased wheels from OEWheelsLLC or Power Wheels Pro? Both places seem to carry mainly +35mm reps...
Flame suite on!

With horribly stretched tyres - looks dumb - that's personal. Damn uncomfortable & operating the tyre outside it's design parameters which is dangerous & can lead to failure.
My recommendations were based on safe operation. No rubbing under any circumstances & irrespective of load. I laugh when I hear advice like - "Yes they fit & don't rub if I drive carefully"
Azn300 & FrankW are the bible as to what will fit on these cars.

I have stuck many different wheels under many different cars. I can tell you that it is much more satisfying to drive a safe car that handles well than one that you must drive carefully because you may score the sidewall of your tire or damage your fender. Don't place improper components on your vehicle? I agree with Glyn on streched tires too.
Currently, I am running the 18" AMG wheels. The rears have an offest of 54mm. I installed 5mm spacers in the rear reducing my offset to 49mm. The tires clear the fenders lips nicely and they look flush. Best of all, I don't have to drive carefully. I tried 10mm spacers. They made the car look ridiculous, and they would have caused tire to fender contact.
Finally, your ride height means nothing when making this decision. Whether you lower your car or not, at some point you will compress your coil springs enough to tuck your wheels. If they don't clear your fenders, you'll regret it.

But how do you run the actuall wheel I had 20"s and the actual iner wheel scraped against the spring or the coil. It was 35 et front and 45 et rear. Maybe because you had 28 et it was even out more. But I had a problem even putting them on in the first place

Just go for your 19" staggered set up with at worst ET40 front ET 45 rear with proper tyres in the right size. Rather run a larger tyre and cut back your offsets to nearer 50 than going for a stretched abortion. Test fit dependent on tyre sidewall profile.
