I currently have 8000k HID's and polargs for my eyelids, and the color difference is the same as a W204 with bi-xenons and stock eyelid bulbs. and the iJDM bulbs are BRIGHT!!! (and expensive) its gonna cost you $60 just for eyelid bulbs if you decide to purchase the iJDM ones but i guess it'll be worth it.
Royce, the polargs match with your phillips bulbs because you are just using bulbs and not an actual HID kit. I had EuroEFX bulbs for my lowbeams instead of the stock ones and used polargs, and they matched perfectly. But the output of the bulbs were garbage and stock bulbs produced more lighting.
Are there any other companies we could try out?? Any1 here use V-LEDs???

IMO, the eyelids should give off less intense lights so that from a distance it doesn't look like the car simply has strangely shaped headlights.
