Tails: LED bulbs
So I've done a few searches, but haven't found anything that indicates folks here have found suitable LED bulbs for the tail lights (just those for eye lids, license plates, sidemarkers and the interior).
Since I'm not about to shell out $450+ for stock P2 tails from a dealership, I'm hoping there's some guidance you guys can provide.
My apologies if this has been covered, I'll gladly take a link to that thread.

I've searched before and found nothing, too. Is it $450+ each taillight or for both? Even if it isn't for both, I think it's still a waste. Only the turn signals are LEDs anyways.

they should make aftermarket tail lights with those LEDz as signals and the rest blubs as LED too and yeah its not worth spendin 450 on just signal leds i changed my light bulb into a led LED its not as the oem but better then orange ones

Check ebay.de....price is Euro 300 for pair here in Germany so $450 from dealer is a good price.

So no one knows of error-free LED bulbs that we could swap out in the tails?
BTW, $450 was a special at a local dealership that I'd seen (a few months ago). Since that time, I've seen pricing around $320/ea tail light at not only that dealership, but a few others in the area...
Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

Before you buy them on Ebay Germany, ASK the seller which color the led turnsignal are.
I have bought LED ones on Ebay.de and when i fitted them i noticed that the turnsignal are RED. So even in Europe they sell RED ones.
I like the red more than the amber/orange ones, but to be sure that you receive the color you want, you better ask the seller.
