Painted (white) Bumper Reflectors...Pics? DIY?
I saw the 2 pics in the Evosport sticky thread but was wondering if anybody has more pics of the painted bumper lights...preferably white.
I know evosport sells the pre-painted kind but I was wondering if anybody has painted them themselves? If so what kind of paint did you use? Is there a DIY for this?
Tried the search but didn't come up with anything.
Thanks in advance guys
Edit: Holy shlt! I just saw that Evosport sells the pre-painted ones for $149?! That's insane!

I was also thinking about replacing mines also, I have the clear ones on right now. Im just not sure if it will look right with a painted cover piece there, kind of looks like something is sticking out. Also how would it looks when it is lid up? I did remember someone took it to an autobody shop to got it painted for like 50 bucks.

As for the light shining through I don't think any light would get through...you could also just put black electrical tape around the bulb to keep any light from coming through (near the edges of the reflectors)

I think it more of a pain. Even though these light are on the side of car, so many damn things either hits it or get into it. I had bird crap, bugs, all stuck in between the sidemarker and the bumper. I am sure if it painted, it will only eventually be chippped and has to be repainted again.

There's nothing to see.....it's a painted reflector in palladium silver that looks good and cost me 32 bucks. I also painted the lights with that spray-on tint.

I know this might be a dump question, but just wanted to know what people though are. Would you guys rather stick with the stock amber, clear, or painted sidemarkers?

I have painted side markers but do not have a good picture of it. A body shop painted it for around $40.
the problem with the light is, it does not shine through the paint, but around the edge of the side marker..
I was planning to get the bulb wrapped with electrical tape but didn't get a chance to do it yet.
