Lowering Springs & Dynamic Handling Package Question?

Does anyone know what lowering springs I can use with the Advanced Agility/Dynamic Handling Package?

I called H&R and they said their super sport springs are compatible, but my Mercedes accessories manager said the technicians said they are not compatible. Anyone use lowering springs with the advanced agility package?

Call the company that makes the shocks on the car. I don't remember the name of the company exactly but I'm almost positive the company has confirmed that Eibachs work no problem

Can anyone with the Advanced Agility Package confirm lowering springs?

Personally I wouldn't mess around with smart suspension. Scary - unless it's Brabus or similar complete solution. Good luck and let us know.

Anyone one of my European buddies wanna chime in? I called H&R and they said they are compatible. Eibach is contacting their German counterparts to find out and should get back to me by next week.

Don't the C63's have active dampening?

I have Sports agility pack. I have asked several mod shops in Hong Kong and some said most springs are compatible and some said they are not sure. The dealer told me it's not compatible with most springs. So, since no one is sure... I've decided to not mess with it. But if you can find out some definite answer, do tell us.

Ask them for TUV certification for dynamic package - if no TUV be very cautious or avoid.

Every car I have ever done the suspension on was a strut / spring combo because these are really tuned as a package - this is childs play compared to Electo-Mechanical systems involving complex dynamic software - a whole different league.

Who knows, it's really unknown- maybe the software and struts will adapt immediately perfectly to different springs. Springs alone are pretty cheap so if no worky sell them to someone without dynamic package.

Any one?
I would like to lower mine as the front of the rwd looks bad compare to the 4 matics.
Any effect on the ads control unit as it reads the level of the car?

Yeah there are like 3 people on the forum with the Dynamic handling/advanced agility package that have done it on supersports. I already have my supersports ready and I'm just waiting for my car to be delivered and I'll be putting them on too.

Would you post a pic of the H&R supersports, 1 front and 1 rear, with part numbers. Thanks.

I don't have the springs with me anymore cuz I took them to the dealer earlier today since my car arrived at the dealership (YAY lol) and they are doing the install today or tomorrow along with tint, clear bra, and the xzilon coating inside and out. I should have the car for the first time next Thursday. When I get home tonight I'll post the pictures I took before of the springs. The part number you can find on the H&R website. I'll post it with my pictures.

For the people that have done this, how much more firmer of a ride do you get?
Does it get even firmer when in sport mode?
