Lol you're right. On the steering wheel, left side, you have your buttons which control your setting on the odometer screen. Hit the right arrow button, til you see settings, then hit the bottom button til you see lights, hit OK. then select from enabled to disabled. Simple

I think this option is excluded from Canadian models because they "have" to have their DRL on all the time for safety. In the US, you do get that option in the menu. However, DRL on the current C class just means headlights on all the time so there is no reason to switch them on...Its a redundant setting, because you can just turn the headlight knob to ON and leave it there
