About Us

POWERWHEELS PRO is a multinational company operating in the U.S. and in Europe. Our purchasing power and high volume allows us to buy wheels at exceptionally low prices and we are excited to be in a position to pass the savings on to YOU!

We at POWERWHEELS PRO have worked hands-on with GM, Chrysler, Ford, Toyota and Honda in Automotive Quality, and we know how to live up to the toughest customer expectations. That’s why we partner with only the best wheel manufacturers and conduct routine plant inspections to bring only the best wheels to you.

We have considered and evaluated a number of wheel factories around the world looking for the best plant to meet our highest standards for:

· Best aluminum grade
· Quality finish that exceeds specifications
· Operational consistency and
· Process standardization

Our high expectations eliminated a number of factories whose production processes were unstable or not automated to the degree that ensured consistency. The obvious risks, otherwise, are production batches that vary from one to another. This would mean the possibility of one or more of your wheels being visually different or defective, perhaps with signs of chipping, hairline cracks, etc. Our commitment to quality results in a higher quality product delivered to you.
The wheels also go through 100% leak and balancing test as well as 100% X-ray inspection to ensure there are no cracks or air pockets that would compromise their structural integrity.

By sourcing our business only to the best and most qualified production facilities that produce OEM wheels, POWERWHEELS PRO has taken every measure to ensure that the quality and finish of your wheels is top notch. We strive for ALL wheels that come off the production line to meet the highest safety standards and customer expectations. As a quality assurance measure, ALL of our wheels exceed the world’s most demanding quality management standard: US & Europe’s ISO 9001 – ISO 9002, Japan’s demanding JWL – JWL-T and Germany’s prestigious TUV.

Another round of ICE
That looks outstanding! Offset of 44 is close enough for the OE front wheel offset of 47mm, but what about the rear offset of 58mm? A 17x8 rear wheel width is down half an inch from the stock 8.5", but the 1010 tire calculator says a 245/40-17 will fit. As half an inch is 13mm, (44+13=57), does that compensate so the wheels don't stick out? I think so, but please confirm!

Sooooo. Okay I'll be blunt. I want these wheels in the 18s, or the style 814 wheels on your site. But. I am a complete and utter noob when it comes to wheels. If I go with the 18's with 8.5 fronts and 9.5 rears, would I need to make any modifications (that being spacers) of any sort? I'll probably try and get these within the year at the very least. So far still doing rather subtle mods to my car.

Hello,

We have the style 810 in 18" and 17" staggered for the newer C class cars (2008 and up) in the 44mm offset. This means that you will not need spacers, or hub rings in order for these wheels to work. It should be a bolt on application and fit very nicely.

Will the 18 x 8.5/9.5 in ET44 flash with the fender or it will stick out especially the rear wheel? Tempting..... but do like the 814 better.

Vassile,
Any 814 for W204 in 18 or 19 coming soon? or any 810 in 19?

You should not have a problem with the 44mm offset wheel. You should not need to roll the fender and it should not stick out. It should be flush with the fender.

Thanks,

Thanks for the questions guys;
It is my understanding that the OEM rear wheel is 8.5 wide. These are 8" wide. So the offset difference, as confirmed by the online offset calculator (http://www.1010tires.com/wheeloffsetCalculator.asp) is 7mm.
Half inch = 12mm split between the inside and outside of the rim, so 6mm on the outside which dictates the fender-wheel alignment.
44mm - 57mm = 13mm - 6mm = 7mm

In addition, in our gallery section you will see a W204 with our 17" 35mm wheels and how they line up with the fenders. Here are a couple of pictures for convenience. You will see that even the 35mm seem to fit ok, if a bit aggressively pushed out. The 44mm will tuck them in 9mm inwards hence ensuring a very nice stock looking fitment.

snarlingchicken: If you are considering the 814s for your car and can wait a few months, we will be getting those in 45-52mm 18x8.5/9.5 fitment.

Thanks,
Vassili
