2010 C300 iPhone Contacts Upload
Hello all, I have been doing some searching prior to posting and just thought I would give you specifics on my situation.
I have a 2010 C300 4Matic. It has the iPhone/iPod jack.
I didn't get the navigation system with this vehicle. So it just has the basic display.
I previously owned a 2008 E350 with Navigation and when i would connect via Bluetooth, my contacts would automatically upload.
This isn't the story with the Bluetooth with the C300.
Are there any work around? I see you can send Business cards via Bluetooth but the iPhone doesn't have that option that I'm aware of.
I do have the new iPhone 4 but i get the same result with the 3gs.
Thanks in advance for the help!

I'm sure there are tons of them, but I don't know any off the top of my head. How do you get your contacts on to your phone? You can try putting your contacts on another phone and then syncing that phone with your car. Then go back to your iPhone once they are uploaded. Seems like a lot of people on this forum have done that.

I had the same problem with my 2008 C300. The sync system does not support the Iphone. I even went on the Mercede's website and it was not helpful. The only way I did it was to take the SIM card out of your Iphone put it in my wifes cell phone that have Vcard capability and sync it to the car. There aren't any App that can add Vcard to your iphone.

Real simple, I just exported 2000 contacts from my Mac address book as vcard, drag it to my PCMCIA slot card. Put the PCMCIA in my car, hit import in a matter of 2 seconds all my contacts transfer over on my address book in my 2008 MB C350.
If you need help on how to it drop me an email, I'll run you thru it, Good Luck.
