Probably wouldn't look too bad because the CV's have a bit of yellow in them, so I would be a contrast... I have the CV's with the 5000k's now, and it looks alright...
Some like contrast, but if you're looking for color matching, 8000K LEDs and Crystal Visions won't match. Honestly, I'd rather see you hold off on purchasing LEDs from me till you get your 8000K HIDs as you'll get a better impression of your front end setup doing it all correctly instead of half and half.
i bought two LED sets from you last year...i think on december 3rd.
it's been about two months now....
after work, i got home and one of the LED wouldn't turn off for some odd reason.
i took it out after it was cooled for about an hour.
and i found this.
as you can see on the first picture
the white bar is barely hanging on only one side
and second picture
the two white bars are bit burned...or browning...
i've read your caution about how you're not suppose to push in all the way due to the heat
i've taken caution not to push in all the way, but pulling the LED....but it still melted.
any chance of replacement? or do i have to buy another one from you?

That said, as with anything manufactured, you occasionally get components that might fall out of spec which could cause any number of issues. That's why I offer warranty
I'll shoot you a replacement tomorrow morning.
As an extra indicator for those of you installing....take your LED, plug it in too far intentionally. Turn it on for a couple seconds, then turn it off. Feel the LED. It'll be scorching hot. Now take it out, let it cool off, then plug it in correctly. Turn it on for a couple seconds, then turn off. Feel it again. It should be noticeably cooler, still not, but not as hot. You now know by touch what the normal operating temps should be. If it still feels the same scorching hot, then guess what... what you thought was correct insertion turns out to not be and you just saved yourself from problems in the future. Pull it out a couple more mm.
