Any plans on getting cool dual function Turn signal bulbs? Stay on white as a DRL, but then blink yellow when turn signal.

Oh you mean switchback LEDs. I mean, I think they would look cool too, but I feel like if they're on ALL THE TIME it would be just increased chances for the LED to burn out. To prevent them from burning out there would have to be a lot of R&D into designing the bulb, as well as maybe a heatsink should it come to that point.

And unlike our eyelids that turn on with only the headlights and parking lights, I don't think there would be anything to regulate the switchback LED's seeing as they would be running through the turn signals. And I'm pretty sure to get the turn signal to work in the LED/DRL/White mode, you would have to do some wire tapping to get a constant flow of electricity to power the LED, which might be more complicated for most buyers/users. Sure you could go the honda way with those little switches that have the resistors and voltage/current regulators, but eh, that seems like an inefficient method of installation for what is a rather simple bulb install.

It'd be cool to see, but I don't think I would personally run it on my car. My penny's worth.

Yeah, I actually didn't think of that. When I meant dual mode, I didn't mean on 100% of the time, more when the headlights are on, and then change to orange to blink or something. But that wouldn't be feasible due to the way our car's turn signal is wired.

Lumen for one as ours are 65lm which more than doubles those (30lm is pretty dim), and also ours has won't shift kelvin with current shifts. We also use more expensive and higher quality CREE LED components.

These bulbs will only last a month if that. I spend over $150 in LEDs for my whole car. What I have notice, LEDs are great for lights that arent on all the time. Example Interior Dome lights, trunk, glove box. Lights that run constantly like the side markers and headlights will not have a long LED life with these LED advertised. Reason being is because the resistor is soldered to the LED. The resistor will eventually get so hott that it will melt the whole LED apart. Then you will have an issues trying to get the LED particles out of the headlight like I had. Your best option is to buy LEDs that dont have resistors soldered on them and then buy the resistor adapter that goes into the light socket. Then plug the LED into the adapter.

Dellmon, plenty of my customers run my leds for well over a year (I have mine still for 3 years now). Main issues that occur for some vehicles are current surges which causes heat flashes which can compromise the solder, although not all vehicles suffer from this. We've taken steps to mitigate this including installing heat sinks to bleed off heat and also our new design we are currently performing live testing now which coats the components in a non-conductive gel substrate which has a much higher melting point than solder and holds the components in place as well as acts as a natural barrier from over insertion issues.

Are you one of my customers as I don't see any record of you purchasing our products, or are you just making some general troll comment?

I think you'll find Mike has plenty of satisfied customers if you take the time to read through a few of the related threads. I personally have a bunch of Mike's LED and couldn't be happier. Put together with his fantastic customer service ethic, after sales support and the research and backing he puts behind his products it's a win win situation from a customer point of view.

Is there any particular reason you feel the need to criticize?

Unfortunately, if you want to match 8000K, you'll have to go HID as no halogen bulbs can achieve that kelvin rating. The closest I've personally seen are Philips Diamond Vision, but those only approach 5000K. Don't be fooled by package advertising halogen bulbs stating 8000K...they won't be.
