Rear left side squeak driving me nuts!

I feel as if this squeak is coming from the left rear of the car..it happens often when I make a left turn, cut the wheel left, or am accelerating from a stop at a sign or light..I don't know what the hell it is and I feel like the dealer is jerking me around. I was there from 1130 to 330 the other day and they said they didnt hear it...then I brought it back and they said they heard it and that it will go away by itself. what the hell is going on? I sitll hear it a week and a half later and its getting worse.

I hear a squeek from the left rear after I park and am climbing out of the car. As if taking the weight off the car causes something in the suspension to squeek.

Does yours do that too?

Have you tried to push down on each corner so the body cycles up/down? Does that create the same sound? Are they saying they cannot find it, or did find/hear it but are trying not to address it? Turning down warranty work seems odd...$$$.

As a backup, make a video on your cell. Make a "Second Repair" appointment. Demo it once more for the SA as a "not fixed right the first time", and have the video handy in case it doesn't happen in the write-up lane. Offer to leave it and take a loaner until they can diagnose root cause and make repair other than a short term spray. Offer to compare it to another new car in inventory to see if "they all do that", because they do not. If any resistance, ask for Service Manager. If any resistance, ask when MB Tech rep will be visiting their store next and make appointment.

I think it's the same thing that happened to my car a couple of months ago. I brought it to Benz, they said it had to do with the parking brake. They fixed it and so far I haven't had a problem since. Try pushing your parking brake all the way down and then releasing it. Maybe it will give you a temporary fix.

Why not crawl under the right rear of the car yourself with a good torch & have someone alight from the car.If you can pinpoint it you are in a much stronger position to have it fixed. Good luck.

Just to be clear.....in Australia, "torch" means what we call "flashlight" and not what we call "torch"!!!

get it check by MB dealer about the squeaking when turning left.. but... the squeaking of driving at slow speed.. that is pretty typical of our c class.. even the dealer said that's how it is.... When i first got the car yeah it happened to me, but i drove my car like a monster and break hard too.. and I think that solved the problem .... so i think when u break in the "breaks" it shouldn't make those noise anymore (in my opinion )
