The only possible argument I could anticipate from MB would be if a strut failed due to the higher roll resistance, and I'm not saying that is a logical argument, but the only one which comes to mind. It would certainly have no impact on the warranty for the rest of the vehicle.
I have the Eibach front bar installed, and the results are excellent. It was a fairly easy install job. The rear will be another story. The rear bar is still sitting in the box, as I have not had the opportunity for the full rear subframe drop, which is required. It's about a three hour labor op at the independent shop I use.
Good luck!

thank you for your input sportstick.....i just needed some assurance on the warranty issue. i noticed that you have the 4matic, is that why the rear sway bar install requires
for the full rear subframe drop?????

No...actually my C is rwd....my E350 is 4MATIC. I contacted Eibach, Tire Rack, and MB, and all agree that the rear bar cannot be replaced without the subframe drop, or actually a loosening which allows it to drop somewhat, per my independent shop. At current labor rates, that increases the rear bar cost about $300 beyond the part cost. Wish I had known that before buying the full set, as the front bar results are quite good alone...it's only a slight bit tight in front with a bit more understeer when really pushed.

Too bad this is such an old thread. I'm curious about the handling. The car already has such minimal roll. Would this cause any understeer to only do the front?
