He probably saw the Autobild renderings.
Expect it to look like a more traditionalized version of the F800 Concept, and have a Hyundai Sonata-esque greenhouse (not a traditional Sedan 3-Box look, more of that Audi-esque rear C-Pillar treatment).

I seen a picture of the car at a meeting at the Mercedes plant I work at. It looks more like a sports car with the larger grill and the hood looked longer too.

It'll probably be somewhat near that, I think.
Apparently, the C might move away from the more timeless, and proper 3-Box Sedan look, and into that bean-baggy, "teardrop" greenhouse style, that resembles compact Audi's, new Sonata, etc.
