Tint is peeling up ... What do ?

Tint is peeling up ... What do ?
So I was brushing all the snow off of my car and I got in ... I had to open the window to talk to someone and some ice fell on the seam of the window and door . Next day comes around and I hear a crunchy sound when I open my window so I investigate .... the tint started to roll up from the bottom of the window . It's not too bad yet just at the base of the window . How do I fix or just take back to the tint shop ?

Is it still under warranty?
There's nothing you can do at this point if most of the base edges have already rolled up... air has already seeped in and it will just gradually work it's way through the film. Just have them redo that window.

I'm not sure if your windows have it, but I had to have that velvet lining installed so tint wont get scratched with dirt and pebbles that get trapped in between the window and door. Mercedes doors do not come with it. Just a thought...

The car wash I go to is like the most legit place .. My car is usually the cheapest one there , Aston Martins , s class , and 7 series all day there . They do dent removal too lol . I don't think it was a bad tint job more of the ice falling and melting in a weird spot that caused the peel as it happened over night .
