as of this passed weekend mine has a large chunk missing in the middle. i don't think it will be in 1 piece if i remove it. i'm glad i ordered a new one last week, my front end is looking busted up, black grill has lots of chips, broken drivers fog, and now this. oh well, i get to spend a day in the garage.

Thanks for the info everyone - I decided just to get a new one at dealer close to the firm that will estimate price and evaluate best material & method to duplicate.

If price seems reasonable will have one made and will need a test fit car. Keep you updated.
