Squeaky Driver's Seat
I have a numerous squeaks in the driver's seat when driving and it appears to happen mostly when i go over a bump or push back against the seat. It seems to be somewhat selective and I still cannot tell if it is due to the colder weather or what, but it sounds like the seat is rubbing against another plastic part. I've tried adjusting the seat in various positions and looked around to see if I could find the 'problem area' but didn't have any luck. Has anyone else had this type of issue and for anyone who has had squeaks, have you talked to your dealership about this...do they look at you like you're crazy? What, if anything, can a dealership do to remedy? I guess I just don't want to bring the vehicle there and it not occur.
Thanks for any insight!
Was able to replicate by pushing down on the side bolster, seat cushion, close to the seat back.
Took it to the dealer - but since not back to my car for another couple weeks can't tell you if or what they did to repair it.
Just getting into the car and leaning back into the seat will make it squeak......
Unfortunately I have not found a solution, and I am to lazy to take it to the dealership.....then again it goes back in October, lease is done....

Squeaky Seat
Technician pinpointed noise with customer; noise is coming from seat cushion frame adjuster assembly. Technician disconnected battery ground and disconnected all seat connectors, removed drivers side seat from vehicle and replaced drivers side seat cushion frame adjuster. Technician reinstalled seat, reconnected connectors and seat belt. Technician reconnected battery and performed short test and cleared fault codes.

I am in no way going to take this to the dealer. Having an oil covered mechanic remove my full Nappa leather seats is never going to happen, unless it's a much bigger issue.
It does sound like a squeaky spring or something. Only when shifting weight side to side, against the bolsters.
