I closed my keys in my trunk today and unlike my old C350, the trunk didn't pop open on it's own. I have to admit I really liked that feature, as I throw my coat in my trunk all the time.

LOL I'm not retarded, both vehicles have keyless go, but for some reason my '11 C63 it just doesn't pop on it's own.

hahha. have you asked the dealer why your C63 doesn't respond like your C350?

There's (at least over here) an option called easy-pack trunk, which means that it goes up electronically. Do you have a button in the trunk for closing it or do you pull it down?

2008 C350
Jycke, this is off topic, but... the wife is next in line for a new car, she gets (probably) a GLK next year. That's her current wish, anyway. After that, in 2013, it's my turn again.

The plan originally was a C63. And I love that car a great deal. But I also love the tech that you still have to get an E to get. So either the E550 or, possibly, the E63. (That depends on how good of a year it is for me next year. My income swings +/- 50k year to year and if it's a "plus year" then E63 it is.

So here's my question... You've had both. And you're chosing another C63. Gimme details sir! What has informed your choice?

I'm not sure this is the feature I'm talking about. My 08 literally popped open if the keys were in it and you closed it. My '11 C63 doesn't SEEM to have the same feature.
The close feature you're talking about is coming NA side '12 I believe.
