Aftermarket sound component speakers
Hey, would 6 1/2 - 2 way - components speakers fit perfectly or needs retrofit? Thinking about running DLS up6i 6.5 2-way components. - c350
Here are the specs:
# Speaker type : 2-way system
# Woofer size : 16,5 cm (6,5")
# Power handling capacity : 150 W RMS / 180 W max
# Tweeter : 28 mm (1,1") tweeter
# Sensitivity : 88 dB (1W/1m)
# Magnet size : 62 mm (2,44") Hybrid ferrit/neodymium
# Outer diameter of woofer : 165 mm (6,5")
# Installation depth : 63 mm ( 2,48")
# Mounting hole : 140 mm (5,5")
# Crossover : Box filter LP: 12 dB & HP: 12 dB slope
Will it fit perfectly?

The specs say that these speakers will produce 25% of the volume other speakers produce with the Audio20 headunit (these are 88 dB/1 watt vs 93 to 95 dB/1watt for other options).
The stock speakers are around 91 dB/1 watt so the new DLS would produce HALF the volume, or 3 dB less.
Check out this thread, has a lot of info:

Not necessarily. If adding to the fixed output capability of the Audio20, efficiency is the name of the game, besides quality of course. You only got 20 watts to work with, so get the most sound from them as you can.
On the other hand, many of the worlds best speakers are VERY inefficient (down to 81 dB/1watt) but these are for the home where a several hundred watt amplifier is feasible.
Pro sound for auditoriums or concerts require both high efficiency and high power. Bass cabinets are typically 96 - 98 dB/watt with 18" speakers, and when driven with 400 watts per cabinet, a lot of SPL can be produced. Compression high frequency drivers coupled to radial horns typically produce in excess of 100 to 106 dB/watt.

Yes, according to the specification, the DLS UP6i should fit. Although they are so inefficient you will only hear a whisper with the Audio20. LOL.

If you're not going to add an amplifier there's no reason to upgrade to the DLS, the Infinity should be more than adequate. Most higher end 6.5" components need at least 50-100 watts if not more.

DLS, Dynaudio, Rainbow, Morel, Focal are higher-end components. Image Dynamics, Infinity, Phoenix Gold, Rockford Fosgate, Kicker, etc are mid-grade (although I've heard PG and ID stuff that'll compete with the high end).
