ECU tuning in Vancouver BC
Hi,
So with all this chatter about ECU upgrade offers by OE Tuning and Powerchip it has made me look into this option as well. Being in Vancouver/Canada the above offers are not very convenient since I need my car everyday, plus any rework would not be very convenient either. I was able to "find" two companies who are in Vancouver and can perform these upgrades:
1) 3S Autosport - few people on this forum have gotten their ECU done by them and no complaints. (they are willing to offer 20% if I can get a more people together)
2) The speed Syndicate - They perform the flashes for OE Tuning in Canada (emailed them to inquire whether they will honor the OE Special currently offered in this forum)
Looking for some feedback from people who may have dealt with these two companies. 3S website shows some great vehicles they have worked on but previous customers feedback is hard to find (that could be good or bad)
Same story with Speed Syndicate but then they have the OE support....
Anybody have some experience with these two tuners and who may be interested in getting this done?

3S Autosport confirmed that their reg price is $545 and with 20% off for GB then it would be $436.
So pricing is in the same range. Hoping for some feedback from some "locals" that may have used their services.

There was a lack of response, and some of my comments were removed as it violated the forum rules.
Anyway, I still want to do it but am paranoid, some members vehicles stopped while driving on the highway https://mbworld.org/forums/c-class-w...f-freeway.html

The OE Tuning tune has been proven not to cause shutdowns like other tunes available. Many cars have been retuned by OE Tuning to fix this problem. Please contact sales@oetuning.com or 818-574-5075 for more details.

Turn around time? This is my daily driver, so I'd be riding my motorcycle in Vancouver, a feat far more dangerous than anything Evel Knievel ever did, while it was being done!

OE Tuning C63 AMG
From tuning 350 GDi we typically see gains of +20-25Hp & +25-30Tq. The ECU must be removed and sent in for tuning. If ECU arrives before 12 noon we offer same day turn around service. If MB dealership overwrites your ecu, the tuned settings will be lost. If this occurs, then you will have to send your ecu back in for a free reflash.

I used Eurocharged tuning. Didn't have any down time because they send the tuner to you, you upload the file they send you to the tuner and then the upload the file into the car.

I wish there was an OE tune dealer here in Edmonton. It would be so convenient instead of removing the ecu and sending it in to them.
