Got a new 2011 C300 addition
I just rolled off the dealer with a new 2011 C300 Sport. It feels great, quiet, comfy, etc.
I almost ordered the AMG 18" wheels but to be honest, this car came with an optional 18" 5 -twin spoke wheels that are as nice. The one thing that I can't seem to comprehend is the fact that my new C300 comes equipped with the same tires size as my C63 AMG which if you ask me it is ridiculous

Nice W204 (my C300 s also white), what interior do you have? Also, what brand and profile of tires came with your 18" rims on the C300?

my c350 2011 came w the twin spoke 18s and I like yours better. Even tho I have 3 pairs of shoes for it those are different stocks you dont see, very nice. my last one was white, its the best color for the w204s, I hate the new black one, its only mint the day you wash it, after that its filthy

^^^ Thanks guys.... the interior is light brown (no leather), the dash is darker brown and I was told by the salesman that because of the interior color I get the 4 spoke steering wheel which I actually prefer. The interior color name is Almond/mocha.
The wheels are new to me, I haven't seem them on the catalog but they are listed as option R70.
We are planning on doing a simple HID kit install since the car comes with projector lights already.

If your didnt get the Harman Kardon stereo system, while you are at it, replace the stock speakers with something that will give you pleasure even minute you drive.

^^^Thanks guys... it has been a pleasure driving it for the last 4 days, it is vastly smoother than my C63. The seats are very soft compared to the C63, same goes for the suspension and the noise (much quieter).
The brakes are not as good as the C63 but they do the job,overall I am loving the car and I mean it. The one thing that caught my attention is that it can run on E-85,is this the only engine in the entire Mercedes Benzline up that can run E-85 andregular gas?
Also,I amshocked to see such high compression ratio, I think is very high(11.3)..crazy!!

we recently purchased a 2011 C300 as well, ordered on Memorial's Day and took delivery on wednesday of the same week
black on black, with MM option, came close to gettin the 18" AMG wheels, but they wanted an extra $2K, regardless im happy with the car, and you are right, so much more smoother, and much quieter , yet its still up to par with its "sportiness"

P.S.
arent you glad you chose to get the last 3rd gen C class??? regardless of optional lighting or not, you get projectors, but for the upcoming 2012, if you dont get the lighting package, MBz gives you the reflector housing for the non Xenon ones, kinda sucks :/ oh well.

^^ That is crazy. The 18 " AMG package wheels are listed for less than $1100 on the mercedes Benz website. You could ask the salesman/dealer if they can make sure i a 18" rim fit in their anus before you buy it.

also one thing, i installed an HID kit on the car from HIDEXTRA.COM (sponsor on here) you do not need any error cancelling capacitors, coz their ballast has been updated with the built in error cancelors. so the entire kit was literally plug n play, the only thing about it is how the car's light function when you manually turn the lights on during the day.
apparently, when the light is turned on manually during the day, due to the LED DRLs, causes the HID kit to sorta flicker until it turns on on full blast....so to avoid this i just always leave the car on "A" coz then when it does get dark outside, when left in "A" the HIDs function properly. (Makes sense? scratches head)
its hard to explain, but the LED DRL's are dimmed at night which kinda sucks :/

I am trying to load more pictures. The middle picture clearly reflects the AMG underengineering achievement or underachievement engineering that the AMG put on the C63 tires /traction package
. As you can see, I can roll out of my garage with a 228hp C300 equipped with 255's in the rear or roll with a 453hp C63 AMG with the same size tires (just crazy)
