Car ran out of gas before I got to the gas station...
I was like 20 ft from the gas station when it ran out and i tried to start the car to see if i could get it going, and couldnt after just one try. so i got out and got a jerry can and filled it up.
Now i dont know if its in my head but the car doesnt feel as responsive now after that. Think i ****ed something up??
Car is going to the dealer on wednesday to get the seat repaired and also for a software update.
Should i tell them the car doesnt feel as responsive?

It's possible you sucked up some dirt and **** off the bottom of the tank since it was empty, but you probably wouldn't be questioning that. The computer could have gone into some sort of safety/ economy mode, but again I would expect that to happen before it ran out so it probably is just you.
For what it's worth I would not recommend even allowing the gas to get that low in the future. Obviously running an engine to the point it stalls from lack of fuel isn't ideal but every person I have ever heard of who's had a fuel pump failure or in most cases any gas related issues was one of the people who always waited until their gas light came on to fill up. Besides that if you do get some bad gas or something you don't get as much of it since it's just mixing with what is already there.

Is there anything I could do to unclog?
Thanks all for the replies. The only reason this happened is cause my brother took the car when it just was on empty and took it for a drive and left it on empty haha.
From now on I'll keep refueling when there is a quarter left.

If you like to fill up your gas tank when its almost empty, then this habit will harm your fuel pump or fuel filter.

Agreed own a G500!
Get a 5 G can of 93 oct. Pour it in the tank. Drive to the filling station. put in a bottle of Techron. Fill up tank with 93.
Next time you fill up use Techron, then every 3 k miles.

If not allowing the dealer to do the service, I would agree with this, except I would not fill up all the way. Techron advises 10-12 gallons for the proper dilution on as empty a tank as possible. So, now that the OP is driving the car again, get the tank down to RESERVE, add Techron and no more than 10 gallons more. Then refill at first show of RESERVE light to have gotten the most benefit of burning the Techron.

If not asking dealer to help and want to try to fix yourself:
1) Get tank down to reserve
2) Go to gas station
3) Pour in bottle of Techron at gas station
4) Add 10 gallons
5) Drive to reserve again
6) Fill to top and keep at least 1/4 tank

I try to refill when the tank reaches 1/2. It's not such a shock to the wallet (yes, I know I'm not saving
money.) Plus if I get bad gas, it's not more than half a tank worth.
