W204 engineering mode gone for ever

Hi

i appriciate if some one would please tell me how to reset the engineering menu on my ntg 4 command because i didnt know which i can only change the region code 5 times and i have exceeded the limit and now when i hold the hangup+ 1+# it doesnt go to the engineering menu any more i tried to take it to the dealer and they conected their star computer which had the DAS xentry software on it and they didnt know how to reset the remaining change on the dvd section of das software so they told me that they have to program the firmware which they dont have the cd for it so if any one can help me and tell me step by step on the DAS software how they can reset the remaining changes on their computer so i can have the engineering menu back i would really appriciate your help!

W204-2008 model. NAVI option missing after reset and cannot go into ECM mode.

Hi guys
i need help is loading the NAVI option back after reset.
i had done reset in system setting and changes done to bring the FM frequency for UAE. I have japan imported c250
now following issues have cropped up.
1. I cannot see NAVI on display
2. I cannot rotate the command dial to reach a frequency manually
3. I cannot enter the engineering mode by pressing Hangup+1+# to undo the changes. Pressong
hangup button takes me to COMTEL mode.
4. I had installed the backup camera and now cannot activate that as well bcos I cannot go into ECM MOde.

The frequency was only until 98 htz but now 107htz. But I cannot select a frequency manually by rotating the command dial.

Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance
